Security Policy

Last updated: 05 October 2026

The Securities Appellate Tribunal aims to keep this website available, unchanged by unauthorised persons, and limited to the information the Tribunal intends to publish.

What you should do

  • Use the address published by the Tribunal. Do not enter case details on a page that is not this website or the official e-filing site.
  • Close the browser when you finish using a shared computer.
  • Treat email that asks for your password or for payment to the Tribunal as suspicious, and confirm it by phone with the registry.

If something looks wrong

If a page has been altered, a link is sending you somewhere unexpected, or you cannot reach a service that is normally available, contact the Web Information Manager and the registry. Give the page address and the time you saw the problem. Do not try to test or break the site.

Monitoring and contingency

The Web Information Manager is responsible for checking that published pages remain appropriate and that broken public links are corrected. If this website is unavailable, contact the registry on the phone numbers given in the footer for cause lists and other urgent information. E-filing remains on its own official address.

A security audit clearance, when issued by NIC, STQC, or a CERT-In empanelled auditor, will be recorded by the Tribunal separately from this page.
