About Justice P.S. Dinesh Kumar

Hon’ble Mr. Justice P.S. Dinesh Kumar, former Chief Justice of High Court of Karnataka has assumed charge as the Presiding Officer, Securities Appellate Tribunal on 29.04.2024.

He holds a Bachelor Degree in Engineering and Law. He practised as an Advocate and Central Government Standing Counsel before his elevation to the Bench in 2015.
